By downloading, installing, or using FireMobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
About FireMobile
FireMobile is a mobile application built to help Firebase Users manage their data from their phone. Important Notice: FireMobile is not affiliated with Firebase company and is not a Google product. FireMobile is an independent third-party application that provides a client interface for interacting with Firebase services.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FireMobile for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FireMobile only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: - Use FireMobile to access or modify Firebase projects or data that you do not have authorization to access - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FireMobile - Use FireMobile to violate any applicable laws or regulations - Interfere with or disrupt the operation of FireMobile or its related services
Firebase Services Disclaimer
FireMobile provides an interface to interact with Firebase services, which are owned and operated by Google. Your use of Firebase services is subject to Firebase's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for: - The availability, functionality, or performance of Firebase services - Any data loss or corruption that occurs within your Firebase projects - Any changes Firebase makes to their services, APIs, or pricing
Account Security
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your Firebase credentials - All activities that occur under your Firebase projects - Securing your device and any data stored on it
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: - FireMobile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for FireMobile
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FireMobile are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Your use of FireMobile is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found in the application or on our website.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue FireMobile at any time without prior notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to FireMobile at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
