End User License Agreement (EULA)
MobileFire This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mark Moris ("Developer") governing your use of the MobileFire mobile application ("App").
1. Acknowledgement
This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer, not with Apple. The Developer is solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. Scope of License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.
3. Description of Service
MobileFire is a mobile client for Firebase that allows users to connect their own Firebase accounts and monitor their data. The App: - Provides visualization and access to Firebase data - Does not store, retain, or share user data - Acts solely as a viewing interface for user-authorized Firebase content
4. User Accounts
You may sign in using a Google account and/or Firebase authentication. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the security of your account - Ensuring you have authorization to access the Firebase projects you connect to
5. Data Usage
The App: - Accesses Firebase data only with your authorization - Does not store or persist your data on external servers - Does not sell, share, or distribute your data All data displayed remains under your control and within your Firebase environment.
6. Payments
MobileFire is a paid application. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee: - Accuracy or completeness of displayed data - Continuous or error-free operation - Compatibility with all Firebase configurations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for: - Data loss or corruption - Unauthorized access to Firebase projects - Service interruptions or outages - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages You use the App at your own risk.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Firebase services provided by Google. The Developer is not responsible for: - Firebase service availability - Data accuracy within Firebase - Any issues caused by third-party services
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

13. Apple-Specific Terms
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content - Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support - Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it
By downloading, installing, or using MobileFire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
